I had a wonderful stay at Andrew's place! He's a very responsive host and flexible to your needs. The unit is beautiful, with gorgeous woodwork, quality appliances, very comfortable bed and linens, and lovely decor. I would highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay with a great host. They have done a great job remodeling the place while still leaving some original character. Andrew is a great host that responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

We rented this home last year and it’s still as beautiful as we remembered it. Very clean. Very well maintained. The owner is very responsive to anything we needed. Very nice neighborhood. Very close to restaurants and shopping.

My family and I booked this little piece of heaven for the holidays. It was our first trip out of the twin cities and we wanted something different. The house was warm, cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had just enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was my favorite part of the house. It’s breathtaking. Andrew was very communicative, friendly and very fast at responding to questions. My family and I enjoyed our stay. I’d recommend this place a 1000 times and would definitely visit again. :)

We loved staying at The Loft! It was comfortable, cozy and charming, just right for a quick family reunion while we were all together attending a wedding. The kitchen was nicely equipped so that we could easily cook meals, and there was plenty of space to spread out and relax. Andrew is a great host, very communicative, thoughtful and pleasant to deal with. Thank you!

We came to town for a family thanksgiving. We didn’t use the house to its full potential due to us being over at our families home. It’s a beautiful home with everything you need and more. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable and nice. 3rd floor room does stay warm however having the available fan was great. Andrew was a great host very responsive to questions. Easy to access home and spacious parking. Five stars all around and highly recommend! Wished it was 70 degrees out to enjoy that stunning patio!! Thank you for a great stay!

Can't say enough about how awesome Andrew's place is! Beautiful home on a huge lot that has been completely redone. 4 large bedrooms, 2.5 baths, enough room for a whole family. Really appreciate the communication and the great stay.

This was the cleanest rental that I have ever stayed in! It was absolutely lovely. It was such a unique space and very comfortable. We had a girls weekend and selected Wilmar as a halfway point between all three of us. We spent the majority of the weekend in the space relaxing, watching movies, and catching up. It was the perfect spot to spend the weekend with lots of spaces to enjoy both indoors and out. It was very cozy and it had everything we needed. Did I mention how clean it was? I've seriously never seen a rental so clean. I appreciated this so much. It was a really great stay.
